At St. Eugene, we know both the great value of a Catholic education and the challenge that tuition can
sometimes be. In this era of rising costs, our goal is to keep St. Eugene affordable for any family that
is committed to a Catholic education for their children.
Discounts for multiple children
For families with multiple children, we offer the most generous discounts of any North Shore Catholic school.
Tuition is reduced 20% for your second child, 40% for your third child, and 50% for a fourth or fifth child.
No Extra Fees
At St. Eugene School, the tuition is what you pay. There is not a book fee, a materials fee, or a technology
fee. In comparing our costs with those of other schools, it is important to take that into account.
Payment plans
Families at St. Eugene School have the option of paying tuition in full at the beginning of the year, or of
dividing the tuition up into four or nine payments.
Financial Aid
Families who truly can't afford full tuition are encouraged to apply for financial aid. For several years now,
St. Eugene School has been increasing the amount of financial aid it provides. For families who apply, the
average grant is over $2000.
The Meehan Scholarship Program
Beginning with the 2009-10 school year, through the generosity of the Daniel and Eileen Meehan Foundation,
St. Eugene School will be able to offer the Meehan Scholarship Program. This is a program for middle income
families - those who would hesitate to apply for need-based financial aid, but for whom paying tuition is still
a sacrifice. Meehan Scholarships pay for 50% of a student's tuition. Each year, we will have five Meehan
Scholarships available for students entering 1st grade. The scholarships are then renewable each year up
through 8th grade.
